Are you a beneficiary of the “Viatgem CV” Tourist Voucher?
If you are a beneficiary of the Tourist Voucher of the Valencian Community, you can make your booking at Nasilvana - Hotel & Spa Benimantell, as we are a company registered with the Viatgem CV programme.
What do I need to do?
First, you must have the voucher by applying for it through the following link, where you will find the instructions: https://bonoviajecv26.gva.es/
Once you have the voucher code, please contact us by phone (+34 620 20 19 76) or by email at info@nasilvana.com, taking into account the following aspects when booking at Nasilvana:
- The periods covered by the Valencian Community Travel Voucher are from 22 June to 22 December 2026.
- The direct aid will cover 100% of the cost of eligible services, up to a maximum of 350 euros for stays of 2 nights or more.
- Once the code has been received, the booking must be made within 10 days and must be used to enjoy the subsidised tourist services within the same usage period in which the code was received.
- The available board option is: Bed and Breakfast. Half board is not available.
What documentation do I need to provide to Nasilvana?
- The ID card / DNI and full name of the voucher beneficiary.
- The voucher code provided by the GVA.
- Email address and telephone number of the beneficiary.
What is the booking procedure?
- Choose the dates, room type and services according to availability on our website.
- Contact us. The best way to do so is by calling us on: +34 620 20 19 76.
- Tell us the dates on which you would like to stay and the room you have chosen, as well as the documentation listed above.
- We will make a booking for you in the Travel Voucher system and in our own booking system. You will receive two confirmation emails, respectively.
- Please check that the details in our confirmation email are correct.
- The maximum value of the voucher is €350. If the non-subsidised part of your booking exceeds this amount, we kindly ask you to pay the difference. We will send you a payment link so that you can make the payment.
- Payment of the non-subsidised part must be made by the beneficiary of the subsidy within no more than 10 days after receiving the booking confirmation email.
- Payments charged to a bank card, in cash or by bank transfer by anyone other than the beneficiary are not permitted.
What cannot be included in the CV Travel Voucher booking?
- Bar consumption.
- Consumption of alcoholic beverages.
- Pay TV.
